Satya has not launched. This site is a coming-soon page with a waitlist. These terms are short because there is, honestly, not much yet to set terms for.

What this is

A pre-launch waitlist. Joining it costs nothing, creates no account, and entitles you to exactly what the signup promised: Two emails, ever: a note now confirming you're on the list, and one more when Satya opens.

What this isn't

A product, yet. There is no service to access, no uptime to promise, and no guarantee Satya launches on any particular date — or, in the honest worst case, at all. If plans change, the launch email simply never arrives, and your address is handled as the privacy policy says.

The list

We may decline or remove any address (for example, one that bounces or that someone else submitted). You can leave at any time — one click in any email, or a note to hello@asksatya.com.

The fine print, kept short

This site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Ask Satya isn't liable for damages arising from this site or the waitlist — which, given that the site is one page and the waitlist is one email field, should stay a theoretical sentence. These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States.
